A leading leisure services provider is seeking a motivated Customer Sales Advisor in Mansfield to grow gym memberships and swim lesson programs. The role includes meeting sales targets, engaging customers, and supporting site performance. Candidates should have sales experience and strong communication skills. We are looking to recruit a Customer Sales Advisor to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for growing the Serco leisure gym membership and swim lesson programme. You will mainly be based at Oaktree leisure centre & Water Meadows; however, you will also cover local sites alongside supporting site performance or cover.
The successful candidate must be able to deal with customers both face to face and over the phone, as the main role for the position is ensuring daily sales targets and KPIs are hit in line with individual and site performance. You will show proactiveness and innovation within the role in addition to being self‑motivated and target driven. We are keen to find an individual who can identify opportunities for lead generation through outreach to meet sales targets, whilst supporting the active community programme and engaging with inactive people. You may also be required to assist other members of staff or help facilitate a safe, fun and professional working environment with free access to the leisure facilities, various discounts and excellent development opportunities.
