Job description

Customer Relations Advisor required in the Carmarthenshire region.

Up to £14 per hour pending experience and current earnings.

Monday to Friday, 3–5 hours per day.

Hybrid role between dealership and home working.

This solely telephone‑based role will book customers’ vehicles for servicing, repairs and MOTs, and will manage emailing and SMS communications.

Key responsibilities include:

• Booking customer appointments and updating customers throughout the vehicle repair/appointment journey.
• Informing customers of any issues, advisories and follow‑up after their recent visit to ensure the work completed was satisfactory.
