We're recruiting for Customer Operations Executives to join a successful and expanding global organisation, based in modern offices in central Hull. This is a full‑time, Monday to Friday role offering long‑term career prospects, excellent working conditions and a genuinely impressive benefits package.

The Role

Working as part of a supportive, high‑performing contact centre team, you\'ll play a key role in processing financial transactions accurately and efficiently, while delivering a professional experience to customers and external stakeholders.

Your work will be vital in ensuring cases are completed smoothly, on time and to the highest quality standards.

What You\'ll Be Doing
  • Acting as a main point of contact via telephone and email with clients, customers and third‑party organisations
  • Processing and completing financial transactions in line with company and regulatory standards
  • Managing cases through to completion, ensuring all details are accurately reviewed, recorded and updated on internal systems
  • Working towards monthly completion targets while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and quality
  • Interpreting financial documentation, including redemption statements and search results
  • Setting up and preparing files for completion
  • Proactively identifying potential issues and taking ownership, escalating where appropriate
  • Handling all inbound and outbound correspondence in a timely, professional manner
