What you’ll be doing
- Ensure customer data is handled securely and in full compliance with data protection policies.
- Maintain confidentiality of each brand’s business, avoiding disclosure of information to external parties.
- Arrange timely delivery to customers and plan orders through our internal trunking network to meet final mile CDC SLAs set by the brand or customer.
- Demonstrate a professional and friendly telephone manner, providing accurate and high-quality information to customers and colleagues.
- Maintain a high standard of personal presentation at all times.
- Liaise effectively with brands, suppliers, and customers to support smooth operational processes.
- Promote and uphold a strong team spirit across all brands, customers, and colleagues.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and professional office environment.
- Ensure data entry is completed promptly, accurately, and in accordance with company procedures.
- Adhere to company guidelines, ensuring all data is correctly stored in line with paperwork retention and audit policies.

Experience and Qualifications

- Experience in communicating with external customers.

- Able to work independently or as part of a collaborative team.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment and meeting tight deadlines.
