Santander is looking for a Customer Experience Advisor based at the Banbury / Bicester Branch, working 35 hours per week on a rota basis Monday to Saturday between 8 am & 6 pm.
As a member of our team you will be more than just the friendly face and voice of Santander. You will be a listener, problem‑solver and will assist customers with a range of activities: simple cash transactions, technology assistance, phone support, fraud protection, and more. Our team is close‑knit and supportive, and you’ll thrive in a fast‑moving, multi‑skilled environment.
