Santander is looking for a Customer Experience Advisor based at the Banbury / Bicester Branch, working 35 hours per week on a rota basis Monday to Saturday between 8 am & 6 pm.

As a member of our team you will be more than just the friendly face and voice of Santander. You will be a listener, problem‑solver and will assist customers with a range of activities: simple cash transactions, technology assistance, phone support, fraud protection, and more. Our team is close‑knit and supportive, and you’ll thrive in a fast‑moving, multi‑skilled environment.

To succeed in this role you will be responsible for:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for customers in the branch or over the phone
  • Assisting with day‑to‑day transaction queries and servicing
  • Answering customer calls into our contact centre
  • Building relationships and finding solutions
  • Developing your knowledge of services and products to help our customers
  • Identifying new ways to improve the customer experience

  • Starting salary of £24,000 plus £500 annual cash allowance
  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, increasing to 26 days after 5 years of service; option to purchase up to 5 contractual days per year
