Great news! We're looking for a Customer Demand Manager to lead our frozen pizza Customer Demand Team and drive world‑class forecasting across the UK business.

If you love data, thrive in a Fast‑Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) environment and enjoy working cross‑functionally with other departments such as Sales, Marketing, Production and major retailers, this is your next big move.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Customer Demand Team Provide leadership, coaching and support to two Customer Demand Executives.
• Own the demand forecast and drive accuracy improvements Take full accountability for building, maintaining and enhancing accuracy to support business planning.
• Collaborate with Production Planning to optimise stock & minimise out-of-stocks Collaborate closely to ensure availability, minimise out-of-stocks and reduce waste.
• Partner closely with Sales to align forecasts with commercial strategies Adjust demand plans based on customer insights, promotions and commercial activity.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customer supply chain teams Act as the main supply chain contact for key customers, improving joint forecasting and service performance.
• Analyse forecast performance Review weekly & monthly accuracy and bias, identify trends and drive continuous process improvements.
• Support New Product Development (NPD), delists, and stock lifecycle management Integrate new products into forecasts, manage delists and oversee full product lifecycle planning.

What You Bring

We're looking for someone who has:

• Experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain management.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive action.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• A collaborative mindset with experience working cross‑functionally.
• Leadership experience and a passion for developing people.
• Knowledge of forecasting systems & planning tools is a plus (we use SAP at Dr. Oetker).

The role will be based from our Leeds Head Office (Thorpe Park, Leeds) and we are currently working to a hybrid working model where 2/3 days per week are home working. You do need to be able to commute to our Leeds Head Office, Leyland Production site and customer head office locations for face to face collaboration and to meet business requirements.
