In Customer Care, you’ll be the friendly, informed voice of our brands—resolving queries quickly, sharing insights with Marketing and QHES, and keeping our customers delighted.

How You Will Make an Impact

As a Customer Care Assistant, you will support UK consumers and customers with queries about Arla’s product range, responding promptly and professionally while working closely with our Marketing, Brand and QHES teams. You’ll keep records up to date, track orders and deliveries digitally, and ensure our communications are accurate, timely and on-brand.

  • Process customer questions and requests accurately and on time
  • Draft customer care reports and correspondence; compile and report key statistics
  • Answer enquiries on product availability, pricing, delivery times and order status
  • Liaise with production, warehouse, transport and distribution to resolve issues and complaints
  • Maintain up-to-date customer records and trigger relevant communications using digital data

This role sits within the Customer Care team, reporting to the Customer Care Team Leader, and collaborates closely with Brand, Marketing and QHES.

What Will Make You Successful

You will have a vocational/technical education or equivalent with 0–2 years’ experience (entry-level friendly). You’re comfortable using databases/CRM and BI tools, pick up new systems quickly, and communicate clearly in writing and speech while maintaining accurate administration and reporting. You’ll be a customer-focused communicator—empathetic, clear, and timely—detail-oriented and organized, able to manage multiple queries and priorities, and a proactive problem-solver who collaborates to resolve issues and improve processes. You’ll work closely with a welcoming team, experience a steep learning curve with strong support, and have opportunities to build skills across customer service and marketing collaboration.
