The interview is an absolutely vital part of our hiring process. It helps us understand the kind of person you are and whether you would be a great fit. The interview will normally involve questions around values and attitudes and will allow you to demonstrate why you are right for the job. For example, you might be asked to share a time you worked as part of a team and how you contributed to that team. We look for people with the right attitudes and behaviours to deliver a great customer and colleague experience; we hire for qualities and potential, rather than qualifications.
Our employees tend to stay with us due to a fun, sociable and flexible work environment and opportunities to progress into roles with more responsibility. For example, many managers and franchisees began as crew members behind the counter or in the kitchens. We offer recognised learning, qualifications, comprehensive benefits and a clear career path.
