An aerospace company in Bristol is looking for a Customer Business Development professional specializing in Ground Support Equipment & Tools. The role involves driving departmental growth through customer interaction and technical solutions. Candidates should have a strong engineering background, preferably in aviation, along with proven experience in building business cases. This full-time position requires a commitment to sustainability, with flexibility in working options provided.

Join our international Customer Business Development team and take a pivotal role in shaping the Airbus Ground Support Equipment & Tools business strategy. You will drive departmental growth and customer satisfaction by identifying, developing and articulating solid technical and business value propositions for our global airline and MRO customers.
This role is the critical interface between our customers, our engineering teams and Satair, translating market needs into profitable, customer‑centric solutions.
