Shift patterns: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (PLEASE NOTE, THIS ROLE REQUIRES FLEXIBILITY WITH TRAVEL)

We're now looking for a Customer Account Support Manager

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
  • Support the Account Management Team in the effective delivery of waste and recycling services to EnviroSolutions customers.
  • The role holder will be responsible for managing 2 or 3 small accounts, focusing on building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders within the customer's organisation to ensure high satisfaction levels.
  • Ensure optimal commercial value for the broader customer base through data analysis and trend identification. Responsibilities include monitoring performance at key sites, facilitating the implementation of legislative changes, and assisting in the onboarding of new customers.
  • Support CXM process and monitor outcomes of any hypercare activity with the Service Delivery Team
  • Review volume/revenue trends across non account managed customers twice a year to identify volume reductions or uplifts and investigate and support appropriate service changes
THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO
  • Previous Account Manager experience would be desired
  • Previous waste management experience would be an advantage
  • IT Literate, with Microsoft office packages, including PowerBI
  • Strong stakeholder management, ability to work independently and engage confidently.
