An educational institution in the UK is seeking a Curriculum Manager with Teaching for the Animal Studies team. This role blends teaching and management, requiring a leader to inspire teams and oversee curriculum development. We have an exciting opportunity for a Curriculum Manager with Teaching to join our Animal Studies team at Brooksby College.
The successful candidate will be responsible for inspiring, challenging and motivating teams and individuals to achieve excellence. You will make a significant contribution to the college’s aim to provide outstanding quality in teaching, learning and assessment as well as curriculum design and delivery.
The role is 50% teaching and 50% management where you will lead the development and planning of teaching and learning, including schemes of work for units, programmes, modules and qualifications.
In this role you will work closely with the head of department to support curriculum development such as new programme proposals, awarding body approval and developing the infrastructure for new course delivery.
Alongside this, you will also manage a dedicated team, providing outstanding leadership in the department through target setting, monitoring performance and improving quality.
