The Construction department operates from its own dedicated building, supported by a fantastic team of passionate professionals who take pride in delivering high‑quality education across all construction trades.
In this role, you will oversee curriculum planning and development across a wide range of programmes from Level 1 to Level 3 in Construction, Plumbing and Electrical. You'll work closely with teaching staff to ensure they feel supported, have the resources they need, and can deliver outstanding lessons. This is a brilliant opportunity to influence the direction of the department, drive improvements and put your own stamp on the curriculum while working with a team of like‑minded, motivated individuals.
The ideal candidate will be a fully qualified and experienced Tutor who is eager to step into a management role. A teaching qualification and relevant industry qualification are essential. Previous management experience is highly beneficial, but not essential if you have the drive and ambition to progress.
