A leading training organization in the UK is seeking a Curriculum Designer to shape adult training through innovative curriculum content development. The ideal candidate will have experience in writing educational content and knowledge of the FE and Skills sector. Job Title: Curriculum Designer
Full-Time: 37.5 hours per week (Monday Friday)
Permanent: 6 month probation
Hybrid Working: 3 days office-based in Worcester
This is an exciting opportunity for a forward-thinking Curriculum Designer to shape the future of adult training. The role focuses on designing high-quality, engaging curriculum content with real-world impact. You will collaborate with Service Delivery, Marketing, Account Management, and Curriculum teams to develop apprenticeship and commercial learning programmes aligned with industry needs.
You'll design dynamic curricula using innovative digital tools and immersive learning technologies, contributing to nationally used programmes that support learner progression and workforce development.
