A leading holiday provider is seeking an experienced Culture, Wellbeing & Inclusion Partner to shape and lead wellness strategies. As a champion for DE&I, wellbeing, and social impact, you'll influence senior leaders and use data to create meaningful initiatives that resonate across Head Office and Parks. We’re part of an award‑winning Bourne Leisure family, which includes Haven & Warner Hotels. We have 9,000 fantastic team members and 39 beautiful seaside locations and our HQ based in Hemel Hempstead.
