The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in building high-performing teams and strong technical leadership in a B2C or app-based environment. This role involves managing a technology team of 20+ and working closely with the CEO to scale the business globally, driving product strategy and direction. Competitive salary of £100-£110k plus equity is offered.

Qualifications

• Over 3 years track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
• Extensive experience in providing strong technical leadership and direction for Engineers.
• Worked in fast-paced, product-centric start-up or scale-up environment.
• Strong experience in a B2C or App-based environment.
• Must remain close to the technology, ideally with a hands-on engineering background.

Responsibilities

• Manage technology teams of 20+, shaping and executing the roadmap.
• Work closely with the CEO and C-suite to drive growth.
• Transition technology from startup to growth business.
