Overview

Eastern Education Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager (CTEC) to lead the delivery of Construction Technical Excellence Colleges (CTEC) projects. This role offers the opportunity to manage both commercial and residential construction projects while applying best‑practice project management principles. Experience in construction project delivery, and ideally familiarity with CTEC or similar educational frameworks, will be highly valuable.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for planning, implementing, and overseeing projects, ensuring risks, budgets, and schedules are carefully managed. Reporting to the Programme Manager, you will provide clear updates, support decision-making, and help maintain high standards of project governance. Strong communication, organisational, and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

Experience in construction project delivery, and ideally familiarity with CTEC or similar educational frameworks. Proactive, experienced project manager looking to make a real impact in construction education.
