Qualifications

• Significant proven experience at Band 6 radiographer level or above.
• Current experience of staff management in MDT working.
• Experience of investigating DATIX incidents and managing outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily running of the CT department.
• Support the CT Manager in monitoring daily activity.
• Ensure staff training and development.

Skills

Registered radiographer (Health Care Professions Council)

Current experience of managing a multidisciplinary team

Competent at full range of CT imaging

Cannulation certificate

Knowledge of Clinical & Radiation Governance

Education

Relevant CT training course and/or post graduate CT qualification
