Job description

An award-winning general Contractor focused on delivering complex industrial projects in Europe is currently seeking an ambitious and driven CSA Supervisor who is proactive and keen to progress withing a constantly growing sector. Ideally, candidates will have worked on large industrial projects of value £200m+ as this is a large fit out scheme, someone coming from this bias is advantageous.

CSA Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Management of Site QA in conjunction with the CSA Package manager including set up, management, and close out of the file.
• Management of all day-to-day on-site operations for the CSA packages.
• Assist with the management of all costs associated with your package including:
  • CSA Team
  • Sub-contractors
  • Material deliveries and goods receipting.
  • Plant and Equipment
  • Variations
• Familiarity with and management of Project Schedule in conjunction with other trades and Package Leads.
• Attendance at Site Meetings, Internal Project Reviews, Engineering Reviews, Planning and Co-ordination Meetings and Handover Meetings where required.
• Close out of all project items including O & M Manuals, Punch List, Safety File, QA File - all with the support of the CSA package manager.

CSA Supervisor Essential Criteria for the Role:

• A trade background and 5 - 10 years previous experience in supervising installation crews and sub-contractors.
• Proven record of supervising and involvement of large installation projects.
• Experienced in design and build.
• Good technical knowledge of both CSA systems.
• Ability to work well within strict deadlines.
