Working hours are: 40 per week. Hours can be negotiated but will include dayshift Saturday and Sunday

CS Data Prep Technician responsibilities include but are not limitedto:

The general daily operation will encompass the Technician working as part of the Customer Solutions team and will be involved in the receipt and processing of Customer Communications, Financial and Technical Order Entry, Scheduling/Planning and Data Preparation from Customer supplied data for Manufacturing and Inspection formats.

The role will also involve dealing directly with the Customers, by phone, Teams Call or email. Be aware of any changes as they occur i.e. Procedure updates, new system introductions.

Guidance/training will be given from by the department manager/supervisor.

Participate in any relevant problem solving or departmental discussion teams.

Flexibility to cover other shifts/Overtime, if required.

Primary job metrics are, on time delivery and exact production to specification

The CS Data Prep Technician will also be asked to participate in continuous improvement exercises that will improve their work areas and give them a sense of ownership.

Who are You?

We are looking for candidates with Standard Grade Maths and English, or equivalent, excellent time management,positive can-do attitude and ability to easily communicate with colleagues.

• Reliability – Consistently shows up on time and completes tasks efficiently.
• Teamwork – Works well with others to meet production goals and maintain workflow.

• Good computer Skills are required.
• Semi-Conductor or Coding skills would be an advantage.
