• Minimum of three years’ experience as a Baker in an upscale environment.
• Ability to understand and follow written procedures in English.
• No disciplinary action on file for the last 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth operation of the Bakery Shop according to company policies.
• Assist in production, quality, and presentation of bread.
• Ensure compliance with health regulations.

Skills

Experience as a Baker

Knowledge of cleaning techniques

Ability to speak English

Ability to speak additional languages (Spanish, French, German)

Education

Completion of high school or equivalency

Completion of two contracts as a Commis 1 Baker
