We’re in hyper‑growth mode and looking for a gifted Cross Sales Executive aka Home Services Growth Consultant to join our Offline Directories team. You’ll focus on cross‑selling into our home services print directory and growing our offline products; upselling to both new and existing customers to enhance their businesses. You’ll drive our expansion by engaging SME customers and cementing Gumtree as the ultimate destination for advertising services that benefit the whole family (from removals and transport to cleaners, tutors, PTs and more!). You’ll join a tight‑knit, passionate sales team obsessed with growth and delivering exceptional service as we build the future of the Gumtree Print Directory. If you’re a self‑starter with a proven sales record, relentless drive, and a performance‑first mindset, we want you on our team. Sound like you?

London Waterloo, hybrid working with 3 days in the office.

About the Role

This is a high‑impact role where your proactiveness defines your success. We don’t use scripts; we trust your authentic sales ability to build, nurture, and close a pipeline you can be proud of. Your focus will be on cross‑selling into our newly established home services print directory. This includes targeting both new and existing customers. Circa 75% of your role will be warm leads across existing and lapsed accounts and 25% cold calling. You’ll be experienced in both. You’ll have the ability to perfect your craft and learn new skills and techniques. It’s a unique chance to make a massive difference. You’ll be motivated by clear daily and monthly targets that keep you focused on achieving exciting milestones and help you build your own fantastic brand right here at Gumtree.
