A leading global media company is seeking a CRO Lead to enhance their growth strategy. This pivotal role involves establishing a full-funnel conversion rate optimization program, improving customer acquisition costs, and driving engagement. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in building CRO programs and proficiency with analytics tools. This hybrid position offers a salary range of £40,000 to £60,000 and benefits including uncapped leave and a bonus scheme.

The CRO Lead will be a pivotal member of the Growth Squad, responsible for establishing, coordinating and scaling a best‑in‑class Growth CRO and experimentation program across the full funnel - from first click and landing pages through to checkout, onboarding and early‑life engagement.
This role is instrumental in improving CAC efficiency and LTV by driving higher conversion rates throughout the user journey and increasing test velocity across teams.
The expected range for this role is £40,000 - £60,000
This is a Hybrid role from our Bath or London Office, working three days from the office, two from home
