As a CRM Manager, you will play a critical role in designing, delivering, and optimising CRM campaigns that drive customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value across our UK and EEA markets. Reporting into the CRM Manager and working closely with the Growth team, you will be responsible for managing our customer lifecycle communications from onboarding flows to activation and retention journeys.

This role will support key growth initiatives, helping Curve scale its CRM operations during a period of expansion. You will leverage data, insights, and marketing automation tools to deliver personalised and impactful customer experiences.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Own the end-to-end delivery of multi-channel CRM campaigns (email, push, in-app, SMS) that drive customer engagement and retention.
  • Collaborate with the Growth, Product, and Data teams to design lifecycle journeys tailored to customer segments across the UK and EEA.
  • Manage campaign execution within our CRM platform, ensuring flawless delivery, QA, and compliance with GDPR and local regulations.
  • Analyse campaign performance, customer engagement metrics, and retention trends, providing actionable insights and optimisation strategies.
  • Test, learn, and scale initiatives such as personalisation, dynamic content, and automation to improve customer experience.
  • Act as a CRM subject-matter expert, advising stakeholders on best practices and emerging trends in lifecycle and retention marketing.

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or retention roles within a fintech, financial services, or consumer technology company.
  • Hands-on expertise with CRM tools (Braze, Iterable, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of customer segmentation, automation, and personalisation strategies.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable campaign strategies.
  • Familiarity with GDPR and regulatory requirements for CRM communications in the UK and EEA.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
