Although we are a remote‑first team hiring in the UK, Spain, Germany, Ireland, Denmark and the Netherlands, keeping our employees connected remains extremely important. To bring everyone together, we meet three times a year at various European locations for focused co‑working weeks and dynamic team‑building activities.
We’re looking for an experienced CRM Manager to join the team and help drive meaningful impact across the user lifecycle. You’ll work closely with our CRM Lead to plan, execute and optimise high‑quality campaigns that improve activation, engagement, retention and revenue.
This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who can confidently manage campaigns end‑to‑end across channels, balance strategic thinking with strong execution, and use data to make informed decisions.
You’ll have a core focus on email, subscriptions, and CRM for our Online Store, while also having strong knowledge of push notifications and in‑app messaging.
The ideal candidate will bring solid lifecycle marketing experience, strong analytical skills and a track record of delivering structured experiments. Experience with subscription apps, Braze or Shopify is a plus, but not essential. Most important is your ability to take ownership, work cross‑functionally and contribute to a fast‑scaling CRM function.
