A leading retail business in the UK seeks a CRM Executive to manage consumer communications and oversee email marketing strategies. You will plan and deliver campaigns, ensuring database integrity and performance benchmarking. The ideal candidate has proven CRM experience, strong analytical skills, and a track record of successfully managing complex campaigns. This is a hybrid role based in Greater Manchester, where your diverse experience and innovative mindset will contribute to ongoing improvements in the CRM department.
The CRM Executive is responsible for all consumer-facing communications that go out of the CRM team inclusive of but not limited to broadcast marketing emails, transactional emails, automated journeys, push notifications and SMS messages and drive the overall planning and delivery of the CRM and email marketing strategy.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join our Ecommerce UX & Delivery team, across one of the most exciting retail businesses in the UK.
You will have experience gained from a similar role and environment, with proven success in CRM, strong analytical skills with the ability to prepare, interpret and present data. Ideally, you will have experience in Apps in terms of execution and what best-in-class looks like.
