Responsibilities

The Role

We’re looking for a proactive, data-driven, and creative CRM Executive to take our customer engagement to the next level. In this role, you’ll be the architect of personalised customer journeys—ensuring our users receive the right message, at the right time, through the right channel.

You’ll dream up and deliver the kind of emails, push notifications, and in-app nudges that make people feel understood—not sold to.

  • Build, run, and optimise multi-channel customer journeys (email, push, in-app).
  • Segment like a pro—get the right message to the right person at the right time.
  • Bring lifecycle campaigns to life, from “welcome” to “we’ve missed you.”
  • Collaborate with designers and copywriters to craft communications that actually get read.
  • Align CRM activities with commercial objectives and product developments.
  • Track, test, tweak, repeat—always chasing better engagement.
  • Keep our tone sharp, on-brand, and customer-first.
What we’re looking for
  • 1–3 years of CRM or lifecycle marketing experience (bonus if it’s fintech).
  • Comfort with learning new tools.
  • A curious mind that loves experimenting and learning from the data.
  • Strong creative instincts and an eye for what feels right to a customer.
  • A get-it-done attitude in a fast-moving environment.
