Key Responsibilites :
  • Take ownership of the planning, execution and optimisation of CRM campaigns across all territories for the Group.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional internal and external partners to deliver CRM campaigns
  • Implement test and learn plans for optimising campaign performance and improving customer KPIs
  • Collaborate with the insights team to track and monitor campaign performance and customer KPIs
  • Monitor database numbers to ensure there is an accurate view of active opt ins and understand the impact of our activities on churn rates.
About You

To be successful in the CRM Executive role, you will have the following skills and experience :

  • CRM specialist comfortable managing CRM campaigns for a retail business with a global footprint
  • Experience working with CDP / ESP / CRM platforms
  • Fearless with the ability to generate ideas that can be tested rapidly to challenge current ways of working
  • Hands‑on experience with analytics packages
  • Demonstrable ability to work in fast‑paced environments working to tight deadlines
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple workstreams, ensuring stakeholder expectations are managed effectively
  • Experience using Exponea a bonus
