Qualifications

• At least 3 years' experience in critical or acute care.
• Specialist skills in Neuro, Cardiac, or General ITU/HDU.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a nurse-led Outreach Service 24/7, providing expert support to patients.
• Monitor patients transferred from ITU to wards and advise on deterioration.
• Educate and mentor ward teams to optimize patient care.
• Be a key member of the hospital resuscitation team.
