A mental health charity is seeking a Crisis Recovery Worker in Dartford to provide recovery-focused support to clients with mental health and autistic traits. The role involves assessing needs, delivering emotional support, and working collaboratively with external agencies to enhance clients' wellbeing and independence. Successful candidates will have experience in a community mental health setting and possess strong communication skills. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on individuals' lives.
As a Crisis Recovery Worker, you will provide a high quality, recovery-focused service to clients who have a range of mental health and autistic traits as well as other support needs including learning disabilities, physical health issues and substance misuse, while promoting independence and social inclusion. With experience of working within a community-based, mental health setting, you should be able to inspire, engage and motivate people. You will deliver emotional support, advice and guidance via face to face, telephone, and video.
