Credit Controller / £27,000 / St Helens / Temporary to Permanent

Credit Controller Role Overview

NC Associates are looking to recruit a Credit Controller on behalf of our client based in St Helens. They are seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join on a temp to perm basis. You will be joining a small but busy accounts team, reporting into the Credit Control Manager

Credit Controller Responsibilities:
  • Proactively chasing current and aged debts
  • Reconciling customer accounts
  • Raise invoices, applications, and credit notes when required.
  • Allocation of cash
  • Dealing with and resolving queries
  • Issuing statements and reminder letters
Credit Controller Experience Required:
  • Proven experience in a credit control role.
  • Excellent communication and relationship skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • An enthusiastic, positive, and can-do approach to tasks.
