Job summary

A market leading business in North Lincolnshire is looking for an experienced Credit Controller to join their Finance team. The role involves maintaining credit records, ensuring timely debt collection, and producing relevant financial documents. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a similar role, possess strong communication and negotiation skills, and be dedicated to customer relationship management. This position offers a salary of £30,000 along with several employee benefits.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience within a similar Credit Control role.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to maintain and develop relationships with customers.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain records surrounding customers with credit terms.
  • Apply for credit insurance.
  • Cleanse debtors ledger ensuring all debt is collected in a timely fashion.
  • Maintain relationship with 3rd-party solicitor for debt collection.
  • Input credit limits where required.
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders regarding product dispatch approval.
  • Produce invoices for dispatched kitchens.
  • Produce statements for credit invoices.
  • Communicate with Trade & Contract managers to ensure outstanding invoices are paid.
  • Post weekly contact centre credits/compensation.
  • Ensure suspense account is clear.

Credit Controller – Brigg –£30,000 Chase & Holland are excited to be working with a market leading business in the North Lincolnshire area, who are currently seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join their Finance team. Credit Controller Responsibilities
  • Maintain records surrounding our customer with credit terms
  • Apply for credit insurance
  • Cleanse debtors ledger ensuring all debt is collected in a timely fashion
