Responsibilities

• As a Credit Control Team Leader you will be responsible for overseeing cash collection and minimising bad debt, ensure the provisions of goods/services on credit terms is at a level that maximises turnover with minimum risk to the business, build, maintain and promote constructive and productive relationships with customers and field managers, as well as training and managing a team of credit controllers.
