Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain credit control practices that support business growth.
  • Lead the receivables strategy ensuring timely and effective collection.
  • Oversee and support a small credit control team across multiple sites.
  • Evaluate customer credit requests and set appropriate limits.
  • Take responsibility for escalated account issues.
  • Produce management information on debtor positions and cash flow.
  • Review existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
