A global specialty lines insurer is seeking a professional to support the Credit Control team in managing debt positions and ensuring timely collections. This role requires strong data analysis, communication, and relationship management skills, fostering collaborative partnerships with stakeholders. A member of the UK Operations team, reporting to the Manager of Credit Control, effectively supporting the team in managing and maintaining control over the organisation’s debt position ensuring the timely collection of outstanding premium.
Assist the Credit Control team in active review of all risks to identify where debt is evident.
Assist in chasing overdue debt, engaging with Lloyds Brokers.
Utilise DXC platforms to interrogate policy level information when needed.
To learn all internal and regulatory requirements.
Build and maintain relationships with internal and external contacts.
Assist in the resolution of legacy issues including to clear and reconcile cash.
Assist with projects and additional duties related to Credit Control.
Produce ad-hoc reports as required.
Co-ordinate account management, credit control and data reconciliation.
Previous experience of effectively managing credit control
