About the role
The Creator Community Growth Specialist will support the growth, engagement and impact of our beauty creator and internal ambassador communities. This role will support the broader community strategy, whilst owning key projects, creator relationships and day‑to‑day operations that power our international brand presence across social platforms.
You’ll be hands on with creators, content, platforms and performance insights – playing a vital role in the continued growth of a brand‑first, relationship driven creator network.
Reporting into the Creator & Community Growth Manager, you’ll help scale authentic partnerships with creators and employees, contribute to content performance tracking and support the roll‑out of local community‑led initiatives in our international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Creator Discovery & Vetting: Research and identify emerging and mid‑tier beauty creators safe for brand associations. Evaluate brand safety, audience relevance and content quality.
- Platform & Tool Execution: Maintain and update creator management platforms (e.g. influencer SaaS tools), helping onboard creators and ensure campaign and contact data is kept current and accurate.
- Community Programme Execution: Support the rollout and ongoing management of advocacy programmes, including briefs, games, challenges, and engagement mechanics designed to grow and energise our community. Contribute creative ideas that drive both scale and commercial growth.
- Onboarding & Engagement: Deliver immersive onboarding materials for creators and employee ambassadors, providing them with guidance, assets and brand education to ensure smooth participation.
- Relationship Management (creators): Develop and maintain relationships with creators, acting as a key point of contact for selected cohorts. Help nurture loyalty and brand alignment through regular engagement and community touchpoints.
- Relationship Management (Advocacy Partnerships): Develop and maintain relationships with strategic partners who help deliver and optimise our ambassador programme(s), working collaboratively to set up tasks, incorporate their guidance, co‑create programme elements, and keep them informed of marketing calendars, priorities, and upcoming initiatives.
- Community Programme Briefs: Create inspiring, actionable briefs for content creation in line with the brand’s activation calendar, considering agility to use content internationally.
- Performance & Content Tracking: Track creator content across key platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.), analyse content performance and surface key insights to inform future briefs and partnerships.
- Incentivisation & Gifting: In partnership with the Advocacy & Communications team, coordinate gifting initiatives, exclusive experiences and other non‑monetary incentives to drive creator and employee ambassador engagement.
- Contracting: Support the influencer contracting process by preparing agreements, ensuring compliance with internal and external policies. Adhere to established workflows for approvals, documentation and onboarding in an efficient way.
- Reporting & Insights: Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, creator activity, and community growth, using templates and collaborating with senior team members on key insights and recommendations.
- Cross‑functional Collaboration (content): Liaise with activation teams, comms and PR to share high‑performing creator content.
- Cross‑functional Collaboration / Project Management (community‑related initiatives): Coordinate with relevant internal teams to ensure the success of advocacy programmes by gathering insights on marketing calendars, content requirements, upcoming product launches, and more. Use this information to shape programme tasks, inform content planning, and support ongoing promotion within each market.
