Job summary

A leading ecommerce firm in Glasgow is looking for a Creative Manager to lead and manage the visual content pipeline. The role involves overseeing creative direction for packaging and marketing visuals, coordinating photoshoots, and collaborating with various internal and external teams. Candidates should have over 5 years of experience in a creative position, notably in ecommerce, and be proficient with Adobe Creative Suite and other creative tools. Creative Manager

Iconic Resourcing are delighted to be partnering with a multi-brand, globally recognised ecommerce organisation, who are seeking a Creative Manager to own and lead the full visual content pipeline. This role will lead creative direction across packaging, product launches, branding and marketing visuals, ensuring all outputs align with brand identity and commercial goals. Reporting to the CEO, the Creative Manager will oversee photoshoots, manage asset creation and collaborate with internal teams and external creative partners.

Responsibilities
  • Lead creative direction and ensure consistent visual identity across multiple brands and product categories.
  • Oversee all visual assets for packaging, product listings and marketing materials, approving final outputs before launch.
  • Coordinate and manage product photoshoots (UK or international), including asset planning, timelines and delivery.
  • Collaborate with product, sales and wider teams to align creative outputs with commercial and brand priorities.
  • Manage and brief external freelancers such as designers, photographers, videographers, stylists and editors.
  • Produce and oversee artwork creation such as packaging, instruction manuals, website assets and social media creatives.
Experience / Requirements
  • 5+ years’ experience in a creative role, preferably within ecommerce or consumer products.
  • Experience with Amazon content workflows, packaging development, and photo production processes.
  • Skilled in creative briefing, visual storytelling, and providing structured feedback.
  • Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, AI image editing tools, and cloud-based project management platforms.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable building processes from the ground up.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
