The Creative Content Executive will be working for the high-growth womenswear brand Sisters & Seekers within a creative and visionary team, all striving towards taking the brand to the next level. We are based near Chester but have a global reach with customers all over the world.

We are looking for an ambitious, driven and passionate individual who is looking to develop their career in a dynamic and expanding team at Seekers HQ. We’re looking for a highly creative, detail-driven Creative Content Executive to support the execution of our Instagram content output.

Working closely with the Senior Social quality & project Lead, this role will focus on bringing pre-defined briefs to life; shooting, editing, styling, and publishing standout, platform-native content that drives engagement and strengthens brand presence.

You’ll have a strong understanding of what performs on Instagram, with a sharp eye for trends, aesthetics, and storytelling, and the ability to translate brand direction into scroll-stopping content.

Key Responsibilities of the Creative Content Executive:

• Execute Instagram content based on briefs set by the Creative Content Strategist
• Bring creative concepts to life through content production, editing and filming.
• Produce and edit Reels in line with brand guidelines, campaigns, and launches.
• Support on-set execution of creative shoots, including styling, asset capture, and content delivery.
• Craft strong, on-brand captions and social copy.
• Stay up to date with emerging formats, trends, and cultural moments to inspire reactive content opportunities.
• Monitor competitor content to understand executional best practice and platform trends.
• Work with external creatives and creators for social shoots.
• Manage the day-to-day production workflow from brief to upload for sign-off by our Senior Social Quality and Project Manager.
• Upload, schedule, and format Instagram posts and Reels accurately and on time.
• Ensure consistent visual standards and creative direction across outputs.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Graphics, E-commerce, and Marketing to ensure content aligns with wider brand activity.
• Contribute to weekly and monthly performance reports, highlighting learnings from executed content.
• Test and refine formats based on performance feedback.
• Work alongside the TikTok team where needed to ensure cross-platform consistency in execution.
• Support wider social moments, influencer activity, and brand-led content days.
• Contribute creative ideas within existing campaign frameworks.

What Sister and Seekers are looking for:

• At least 1 year of experience in a social media role
• Strong understanding of Instagram and other social channels like pinterest.
• Confident video editor (mobile-first tools such as CapCut, InShot, photoshop).
• Creative thinker with demonstrable examples of high-performing content.
• Exceptional trend-spotting ability and awareness of cultural shifts.
• Strong eye for visual detail and styling.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Experience in fashion, beauty, lifestyle or consumer brands is a plus
