Your new role - Creative Artworker and Retoucher
As a Creative Artworker and Retoucher at Global, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality creative outputs across print, digital, and photography supporting our Audio (Radio, Podcasts and Partnerships), Outdoor and Commercial Marketing teams. You’ll ensure all artwork is production-ready and images are retouched to the highest standard, supporting commercial campaigns across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Artworking and Mock Ups (40%): Prepare and adapt creative designs for final production across print and digital channels. Ensure all artwork meets brand guidelines and technical specifications. Create accurate and visually compelling mock-ups of brand artwork for Out-of-Home (OOH) billboard sites to support sales pitches and presentations. Manage version control and maintain organised production files.
- Retouching (40%): Retouch and enhance photography for a variety of campaigns, product imagery, and digital content. Apply colour correction, image manipulation, and compositing techniques to achieve premium quality imagery for our various stakeholders in the business.
- Quality Control and Collaboration (20%): Work closely with designers, photographers, and digital teams to deliver accurate and timely outputs. Check all assets for consistency, resolution, and compliance with print/digital standards.

What You’ll Need
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Lightroom, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). And proficient experience in DAM systems like Canto – eg. meta tagging, uploading and maintenance.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to spot and correct inconsistencies in artwork and imagery.
- Time Management: Comfortable working under pressure and managing multiple deadlines.
- Collaboration Skills: Strong communicator who thrives in a team environment.
- Portfolio: An online portfolio showcasing your Artworking and Retouching skills.
