Corporate Real Estate (CRE) Leasing Specialist

We are seeking a diligent and highly transactional CRE Leasing Specialist, adept at managing the full lifecycle of lease negotiations, renewals, terminations, and rent reviews across a global office portfolio. The ideal candidate will excel in tactical lease administration and data integrity, providing strategic insights on space utilization, cost optimization, and case development to align with broader corporate objectives.

Responsibilities

1. Transaction Management
2. Negotiate and execute global lease acquisitions, renewals, terminations, and rent reviews, ensuring cost savings and adherence to timelines.
3. Manage contract governance end-to-end, collaborating with legal, finance, tax, risk & compliance, and insurance teams to finalize compliant agreements.

1. Tactical Lease Administration
2. Monitor and maintain all critical lease dates, obligations, break clauses, and issue triggers to minimize risk.
3. Ensure data quality in the real estate database for accurate reporting and forecasting.

1. Strategic Contribution
2. Work with workplace planning and CRE leadership on space-optimization initiatives, including consolidation and co-location projects.
3. Prepare and present business cases with financial modeling and risk assessments to secure leadership approval.
4. Advise on regional market trends, occupancy costs, and leasing strategies for long-term planning.

1. Program Management Partnership
2. Align CRE activities with enterprise programs, working with the Programme Management Office (PMO).
3. Maintain dependency and risk registers for CRE activities to ensure governance and issue resolution.
