A childcare organization in Sleaford is looking for a Play Worker for its Out of School Club. The role involves ensuring the safety of children and setting up engaging play environments. Play Worker for Out of School Club at RAFAKidz Nursery, RAF Cranwell, Sleaford NG34 8HB. 23.75 hours per week at £12.26 per hour. Schedule: Monday to Friday 7.15 – 9.15am and 3.00 – 5.45pm. Option to choose Term Time Working instead of all year round.

While some childcare or nursery experience would be desirable, we will provide a full training and induction programme for the right candidate. Play Workers responsibilities include ensuring safety for children on the walk to and from school, and setting up an attractive and exciting play space with hygiene and health and safety standards being met. A basic food safety certificate would be desirable as refreshments and snacks will be provided for the children. You will need to understand the principles of safeguarding children and be willing to undertake all development opportunities offered.
