We're working with our client to launch a specialist male supported living accommodation and are seeking an experienced Service Manager to take the lead. This is a unique opportunity to be there from the very start — shaping the culture, embedding high-quality standards, and building a strong, compassionate team to deliver the best outcomes for residents.

Role: Service Manager
Location: Hackney (with remote & flexible working options)
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000

Responsibilities
  • Leading the day-to-day operations of a brand-new supported living service.
  • Ensuring compliance with all CQC standards and regulations.
  • Managing staff rotas, performance, and development.
  • Overseeing assessments, care plans, and risk management.
  • Building positive relationships with residents, families, and external professionals.
  • Driving continuous improvement, audits, and reporting directly to senior leadership.
  • Playing a hands-on role in developing a safe, empowering, and person-centred environment.
What we're looking for
  • CQC Registered Manager status (or ability to register).
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
  • Experience managing a regulated care service.
  • Strong understanding of safeguarding, mental capacity, and medication management.
