🚨 We’re recruiting for an experienced Registered Branch Manager to lead a well-established home care service in Eastbourne. This is an exciting opportunity to join a long-standing, reputable organisation entering a new phase of growth as it transitions into a franchise model. You’ll play a key role in driving compliance, operational excellence, and sustainable branch growth.

In this role, you will:
  • 🔹 Hold CQC registration for the Eastbourne branch
  • 🔹 Lead daily operations to ensure efficient, cost-effective service delivery
  • 🔹 Achieve branch compliance, quality targets, and revenue growth
  • 🔹 Manage and support a team including Care Planners, Field Care Supervisors, Nurses, and 45 Care Workers
  • 🔹 Oversee audits, ISO compliance, documentation, complaints, and reporting
  • 🔹 Maintain strong relationships with clients, families, external partners, and case managers
  • 🔹 Identify training and development needs across the branch team
  • 🔹 Lead presentations, service reviews, and key account management
  • 🔹 Support rota management, Webroster processes, and participate in on-call duties
