As a CPA & Governance Administrator, you will be responsible for updating documents on Patient Clinical Information Systems and will be responsible for completing and accurately recording CPA documentation after meetings. You will also coordinate local governance meetings.

You will be working at Field House and Apartments - a 16 bed specialist rehabilitation service for women with a Mental Illness and/or Personality Disorder.
The service offers a blended model of rehabilitation that combines a traditional rehabilitation environment with single and dual occupancy apartments, to provide a seamless care pathway for women with a Mental Illness and/or Personality Disorder and a history of trauma and/or attachment disorders.
You will work in an environment where there is a strong emphasis on positive risk taking which enables self‑reliance and builds trust and self‑esteem, with a focus on psychological input.
