The Role:

As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in maintaining continuity of education in the absence of teaching staff. You will:

Deliver pre-set lesson plans to students across Key Stages 3 and 4

Manage classroom behaviour effectively

Supervise whole classes during short-term teacher absences

Provide support and ensure a safe and productive learning environment
