Responsibilities
  • Stepping in for absent teachers to lead lessons across a range of subjects
  • Ensuring students stay engaged and on task with the pre-set lesson plans
  • Managing behaviour calmly and effectively
  • Supporting pupils throughout the day and contributing to a positive school culture
