Location: Hexham, Northumberland
Pay: £100–£120 per day (paid weekly via PAYE)
Start: September 2025
Contract: Full-time or part-time, flexible days available

We’re working with a friendly secondary school in Hexham that’s looking for an adaptable and confident Cover Supervisor to join their team. You’ll be stepping into lessons with everything prepped—your job is to keep learning on track and students engaged.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supervising classes during teacher absences

  • Keeping things calm, structured, and running smoothly

  • Following pre-set lesson plans and helping pupils stay focused

  • Working closely with school staff and SLT

What we’re looking for:

  • Someone calm, confident, and great at building rapport

  • Experience with young people (in schools, youth work, coaching, etc.)

  • A flexible attitude and quick-thinking mindset

  • Bonus points if you’re Thrive trained—or keen to get certified (we’ll help with that!)
