Job summary

A well-regarded educational institution in Greater London is seeking an energetic Cover Supervisor to join their committed support staff team. Job description

Tolworth Girls' School & Sixth Form is a World Class School with high expectations, encouraging our students to be aspirational with their learning and to enjoy all aspects of school life. We are recruiting an energetic and reliable Cover Supervisor, to join our professional and highly committed support staff team.

This role involves supervising a variety of classes across the school, delivering cover work to students which has been set by the class teacher in their absence. You will also get involved in providing extra‑curricular activities and experiences for students including trips, clubs and workshops, aside from the usual timetable.

Our ideal candidate is a conscientious and hardworking team player who is happy to work flexibly in a busy school. You will have excellent communication skills and a good command of written and spoken English. It is also essential for you to be computer literate with experience of using Microsoft packages and ideally Arbor or equivalent, however, full training will be given. Candidates who are able to drive our school minibus are particularly desirable.

This post is term‑time only with working hours 8.15am to 3.45pm. This post can be part‑time or full‑time and must include Monday, Wednesday and Friday as a minimum.
