Leigh Academy Wilmington now has an opportunity to appoint a Cover Supervisor to join our dedicated team. The successful candidate will provide full support to staff and students, ensure good behaviour, and help students engage in learning during short-term absence of teachers.

Responsibilities

• Use provided cover work as the basis for lessons where possible.
• Support staff and students to maintain a positive learning environment.
• Engage students in learning activities during teacher absence.
• Collaborate with staff to determine preferred subject specialisms where possible.
