About the Cover Supervisor Role
- Deliver pre-prepared lessons across a range of subjects and year groups.
- Maintain behaviour and manage the classroom in the absence of the regular teacher.
- Support students in their learning and ensure a positive classroom environment.
- Work alongside school staff to ensure lessons run smoothly.
- No lesson planning or marking required - all materials are provided.

- Adaptable and resilient in a classroom environment.
- Able to manage classroom behaviour effectively.
- Passionate about supporting students' education and development.
- No teaching qualification is required. Experience working with young people is a plus but not essential - we provide training and support.
