Cover Supervisors in Basingstoke — a role that builds confidence and opens doors. Quokka Education is recruiting Cover Supervisors for partner secondary schools in Basingstoke. As a Cover Supervisor, you’ll lead classrooms when teachers are absent. Responsibilities

• Lead classroom instruction when teachers are absent following school policies and procedures.
• Maintain classroom order and provide a positive learning environment.
• Follow the teacher’s planned lessons and adapt as needed to support student learning.
• Communicate effectively with school staff and students to uphold expectations and safety.
• Build professional relationships within the school and with the local supply team.

Growth trajectory

• First month: Build confidence leading lessons, follow school policies, and set boundaries that support learning.
• By 60 days: Schools will start asking for you back, impressed by your professionalism, reliability, and consistency.
